Hi, I’m Christina, Founder and Principal Consultant of Good HR.

I lead engagements , owning the work from defined scope to delivery.

The foundation of my career in legal shapes how I approach people decisions, assess risk, and structure solutions that work in practice. Combined with my experience in People Operations, I design and deliver solutions aligned with business priorities.

I’ve worked across industries and organizational sizes, often during periods of change, transition, or uncertainty. I operate as an extension of the leadership team and focus on a defined set of priorities.
